Key Responsibilities:

• Open the clinic and prepare for the Dental Surgeon’s arrival according to the preparation list.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean environment.
• Ensure accurate and regular updates of required documentation.
• Prepare the clinic for various appointments (endo/ortho/prosthetics/surgery) with all necessary materials and tools ready for use.
• Greet patients with a smile, ensuring comfort and informing them about their waiting time.
• Handle medical files and patient records, guide patients through consent forms, and attach documents to patient records.
• Ensure accurate patient details on the hospital information system and any other relevant system.
• Manage stock by ordering, organizing, and overseeing inventory.
• Book patient appointments and provide quotes as needed.
• Sanitize the area after each patient and clean instruments and materials.
• Assist the dental surgeon during treatments and with x-rays.
• Be knowledgeable about instruments and materials.
• Complete all tasks for clinic closure at the end of the workday.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a dental assistant.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to handle medical records accurately.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and materials.
• Excellent communication skills.
